The holder of a mining privilege endorsed in the manner prescribed shall, for the unexpired portion of the time for which such mining privilege has been issued, be entitled to work on any other claim or mining permit area with the consent of the holder, Section 149 of the Mining Regulations.

Permission must be obtained in writing the Commissioner in according to Section 149 of the Mining Regulations.
