Residential Permission is a permit issued by GGMC that allow individuals or companies or business to reside on gazette landings within the Mining Districts under Section 70 of the Mining Regulations
Who can apply?
- An individual who is a citizen of Guyana and an adult who wishes to erect a building within any of the Mining District shall apply for a Residential Permission.
Requirements
Every applicant shall provide the Commission the following information:-
- Copy of a form of Identification (National Identification Card or Valid Passport)
- Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Proof of address for mailing and place of business (valid within the last 6 months)
- Payment of application fee ($10,000 per application)
