Registration Procedure
Applicants must schedule an appointment with the Mines Inspectorate Section of Mines Services Division for an inspection of the equipment. An inspecting officer would verify the engine/s serial numbers and record it onto prescribed forms. Thereafter, the supporting documentation would be collected in order to complete the registration process. Application for Registration of equipment with the Commission must be accompanied with the following documents:
- Copy of a form of Identification (National Identification Card or Passport)
- Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number Certificate (TIN)
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill)
- Appropriate fee
